Why KIWORKX and why Business Aikido?
We help people, teams and organizations revitalize. We believe that each of us is capable of much more than he or she realizes. If we were aware of our real strength, working together in organizations would be much more effective, successful and enjoyable. Our passion to make people aware of this and to teach them to work together based on balance, strength and connection, with each other, in teams and in organizations. Success is then a logical consequence. It requires a different perspective to be able to see very clearly how that can work. In our case, that is the Japanese martial and peace art aikido, ’the way of harmony’.
Business aikido is an applied aikido approach, intended for people who do not practice martial art, so that they too can discover the powerful principles of this art. Characteristic are the special exercises where you can experience the difference between how we are often unconsciously out of balance and how it feels to be consciously in balance. That is the starting point. You learn how you can make a huge difference with small adjustments in attitude and behavior. Both fundamental and practical.

In this book he has elaborated 8 powerful aikido principles into practical value for companies and organizations. Illustrated with recognizable practical examples, special exercises to experience the principles yourself and many practical tips.
